AmiCare HHA Online Class Program does not represent, warrant or guarantee that the functions contained in the Material will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected or that this website or the server that makes it available are free from viruses or other harmful elements. AmiCare HHA Online Class Program does not make any representation, warranty or guarantee regarding the use of, the efficacy of or the results of the use of the Material, including but not limited to its correctness, completeness, accuracy or reliability. AmiCare HHA Online Class Program does not make any representation, warranty or guarantee as to the content, sequence, accuracy, timeliness or completeness of the Material or that the Material may be relied upon for any reason. AmiCare HHA Online Class Program does not make any representation, warranty or guarantee that individuals who have participated in or successfully completed our courses will be able to perform HHA assistance in an actual emergency.
 
No Reliance
You should not solely rely on the material, but should instead seek other opinions before taking or failing to take any action which could lead to injury, harm, death or damage of any kind. HHA procedures should be performed only on persons who require them and generally under the supervision of a licensed professional. Do not attempt or practice these techniques on anyone that does not need them. Performing these procedures when they are not needed could result in serious injury or death. These procedures will not save everyone even when they are properly performed. HHA instructions should not be viewed by children or adults who will not fully understand the Materials and their potential consequences.
 
No Legal Advice
AmiCare H.S does not offer or claim to offer legal advice. Any legal questions should be referred to an attorney. AmiCare H.S does note the following general principles, which may or may not apply in any particular jurisdiction. A person must give consent to an offer of assistance before the rescuer renders aid. If a person is conscious, the rescuer should ask for consent before rendering help. Consent is implied if the person is unconscious, so badly hurt that the injury is potentially life-threatening or so ill that s/he cannot respond. A rescuer should attempt to receive permission to render aid from a parent or guardian if the person is a minor or is mentally or emotionally handicapped. If a parent or guardian is unavailable, the rescuer may give aid without consent. State "Good Samaritan" laws may provide rescuers with legal protection if the rescuer acts in good faith and is not guilty of gross negligence or reckless or willful misconduct. The scope of protection afforded by these laws varies from state to state; the rescuer should be familiar with the laws of any state in which she/he is rendering aid.
 
Certificate Disclaimer
The sole purpose of the certificate is to verify that to the best of AmiCare H. S’s knowledge, the purchaser has successfully completed one or more of our online courses. The certificate does not represent, warrant or guarantee that the purchaser is properly prepared, trained or equipped to perform HHA assistance. AmiCare H.S’s role is to provide to the client using generally accepted scientific guidelines. AmiCare H.S does not represent, warrant or guarantee, either explicitly or implicitly, that its certification will comply with the user's or any third party's requirements or standards. It is the client's sole responsibility to ensure compliance with the requirements and standards of any regulatory or licensing body or employer.
 
Certification Assignment
Course certification will be issued to a single individual only. It is the client's sole responsibility to ensure that the registration information is submitted correctly. The name of the individual whose name appears on certification will not be altered, changed or modified in any manner other than that which AmiCare H.S deems appropriate such as abbreviation to fit on certification, addition of professional credentials, capitalization, minor error correction/misspelling, and in case of legal name change such as marriage, divorce, etc. AmiCare H.S shall NOT re-assign certification to another individual's name under any circumstances once certification has been issued (i.e., the individual whose name appears on certification has passed the course exam).
 
Use of Certificate
In some States, avocational and preparatory certificates of completion are not legal for academic or business use. We AmiCare H.S are not aware of every State's law, regarding hiring requirements to public and private businesses, applicants should check with their local and state guidelines. Residents of States which have laws against the use of these degrees for academic and/or business purposes "should consider any certifications offered by us as a testament to their accomplishments and used for their personal satisfaction only.
